2021 is a special and difficult year for Hong Kong and the insurance industry. All our Advisors in the U District have worked very hard this year and achieved many brilliant achievements for AIA and themselves. Now is the time for us to celebrate the progress we have made and receive recognition for our significant achievements.

This is also amazing opportunity and thank you for your support over the years. We will hold our Annual Awards Presentation (AAP) on 18th June 2022 at 3pm in the 27/F, Club Lusitano, 16 Ice House Street, Central. The dress code is Retro Western Style (Cowboy).

本人瞭解及同意

1. 在申請參加上述活動時，授權理想顧問有限公司(下稱理想顧問集團或UTOPIA) 可收集、儲存及使用本人在此申請表所載(包括電子形式)的個人資料，用作 (i) 核對有關身份及作爲參與活動的記錄 (ii) 索取本人對於活動的反饋 (iii) 跟進本人對於招募相關的諮詢或申請。本人瞭解理想顧問集團只會收集相關而有助於申請課程所需的個人資料, 及願意提供此資料， 否則理想顧問集團將無法處理相關申請。
2. 本人的個人資料自活動完成後不會保留超過半年。
3. 除非得到本人自願和明確的同意或按法律規定進行，本人的個人資料只限用於收集時述明的目的或直接相關的目的。理想顧問集團不會向任何外界機構或第三方透露本人的個人資料。
4. 理想顧問集團實行的保安系統可確保個人資料不會未經授權或意外地被查閱、處理、刪除、喪失或使用。
5. 本人的個人資料可能轉移給理想顧問集團成員或相關的負責人，以便處理申請或聯繫本人。
